What's the story behind "The rose was taken care of"? Update me pretty pls I have no idea what's going on

This how someone explained it too me and it helped!!!! “So all i know is a story is going around that somebody went to the tattoo place where louis got the dagger tattoo and asked the tattoo artist a bunch of questions. The tattoo artist had told louis about a design that has a rose with the dagger tattoo. Louis told the tattoo artist “the rose is already taken care of”. Harry has the rose tattoo!
